They sold my house in a DEAD market in about a month. And they helped me buy my new house and navigate a 10 day escrow! They were not like any realtors I have ever known--(and I've bought and sold many houses). They were professional, positive, competent, helpful, and knowledgeable. If there was a question they couldn't answer (and I had many) they had the answer in their office or resources within a day. I have NEVER seen such hard working people in my life. I would recommend them to anyone buying and selling a house. As a plus I never expected--they were extremely helpful after the sale, after the close of escrow. They stayed in touch with me and have been a resource in my new neighborhood. I can't say enough about their real estate savvy and their ability to manifest your dream house!
